This role includes handling customer drop-offs, processing laundry through washing, drying, folding, and packaging, and ensuring all orders are completed to company standards. The attendant maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, follows established procedures for handling garments and potential biohazards, and communicates clearly with customers and team members. A successful candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assists with laundry drop off and pick up Wash, dry, fold, and package laundry in a neat and organized manner Label and organzie completed orders correctly Operate laundry equipment correctly Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized Handle cash transactions accurately using cashiering and cash handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns promptly Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications Prior experience in laundry, housekeeping, or customer service preferred but not required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move bags of laundry (typically 20-35 lbs) throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate washers, dryers, and related equipment safely (training provided). Comfortable handling potentially soiled or contaminated items while following safety protocols. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
