Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their laundry needs, answering questions about services, and ensuring a positive experience. Perform garment finishing tasks such as garment pressing, folding, and quality checks to ensure high standards of garment care. Follow proper procedures for dry cleaning and fabric care to preserve clothing quality and customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of laundry processing, transactions, and machine maintenance logs for operational efficiency. Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable due to the focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with garment finishing, pressing machines, dry cleaning processes, and laundry services is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided. Knowledge of fabric care techniques and garment processing machinery operation is advantageous. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining a clean workspace is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are required. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
