Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our guests' experience seamless and exceptional. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling all laundry operations, ensuring linens, towels, and guest clothing are cleaned to the highest standards. Duties Operate laundry machines including washers, dryers, and specialty equipment for dry cleaning when necessary Sort, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Ensure all laundry items are cleaned according to hotel standards and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly cleaning equipment and workspaces Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low Follow proper procedures for handling delicate or specialty fabrics such as dry cleaning items Support other housekeeping tasks as needed to uphold the hotel's cleanliness standards Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure quality results Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols in a hospitality environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication ensures our guests enjoy a spotless stay!
