Duties Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold linens, towels, uniforms, with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting laundry areas to uphold hygiene standards Handle delicate items with special care, including dry cleaning processes when necessary Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing Follow safety procedures related to the use of chemicals and machinery to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with guest requests for special laundry services or urgent cleaning needs promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality standards Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently ability to handle 25-30 rooms worth laundry in 4 hours shilft if working longer then more can be foled.
