Wash, dry, iron, and fold laundry in accordance with established policies and procedures Handle and process confidential resident information with discretion and professionalism Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to infection control protocols Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations Demonstrate respect, empathy, and compassion when interacting with residents and colleagues

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, bend, and move laundry items weighing up to 25 pounds High school diploma or equivalent preferred
