We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay. Position Summary The Laundry Attendant is responsible for processing, cleaning, folding, and distributing hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the quality and presentation standards of the hotel while ensuring an adequate supply of clean linens for guest rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, and hotel operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and employee uniforms. Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect linens and uniforms for stains, damage, or wear and report replacement needs. Maintain laundry inventory and ensure proper stock levels are available for hotel departments. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and chemical handling procedures. Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with hotel standards. Assist housekeeping staff with linen distribution and collection as needed. Respond promptly to departmental requests for additional linens and uniforms. Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and guest service standards.
