The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring all hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items are cleaned, organized, and available to support hotel operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining the high cleanliness standards our guests expect. Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels. Operate commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor linen inventory and notify management of shortages or damaged items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry area. Follow proper handling procedures for laundry chemicals and equipment. Assist housekeeping with linen distribution as needed. Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly. Follow all hotel safety and sanitation standards. Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations. Qualifications Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout an entire shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
