Responsibilities Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment with precision and care. Handle laundry materials safely using appropriate sanitation procedures and laundry detergents. Sort, load, and unload laundry loads efficiently while adhering to safety standards in production. Use push carts and manual handling techniques to transport heavy loads securely within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols at all times. Assist with textile cleaning processes, including stain removal, garment inspection, and proper folding or packaging. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring timely delivery of laundry services. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, laundry services, or textile handling is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually for extended periods. Basic math skills for measuring detergents, sorting items, and managing inventory. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents or injuries. Familiarity with garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation, garment care, and quality control. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
