• Kalamazoo Cleaners LLC supports a high-volume short-term rental portfolio across the Kalamazoo area. We're hiring a reliable, physically capable Laundry Attendant to keep our linens moving on turn days.
• What You'll Do
• Pick up dirty bedding and towels from rental properties on turn days
• Transport linens to our designated laundromat in a company vehicle
• Wash, dry, and fold to hospitality standards
• same day, every time
• Deliver clean, folded laundry back to the office and properties on schedule
• Keep each property's set separate
• no mix-ups, no cross-contamination
• Schedule
• Shifts start at 9:45 AM sharp and run 2.5-6 hours depending on turn volume
• Requires open availability between 9:45 AM and 4:00 PM, seven days a week
• You will not work every day
• turn days vary and are assigned in advance when possible
• Typical week: [15-20] hours
• Requirements
• 21+ with a valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be added to our vehicle insurance)
• Must pass a background check
• Guest linens must be delivered completely free of odor. All work areas, company vehicles, and properties must remain odor free during your shift.
• Smartphone required — scheduling and coordination run through text and GroupMe
• Able to carry totes weighing 30-50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs while loaded, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong laundry competency: sorting, wash temps, drying, and folding to standard
• Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented
