Position Overview We're looking for a dependable and organized Laundry & Equipment Coordinator to support our daily operations. This behind-the-scenes role is crucial to keeping our field teams stocked, supplied, and equipped with clean supplies and well-maintained gear. This is a great job for a mom with school age kids or a retiree looking for part time work! Key Responsibilities Run laundry throughout the shift: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry and supply areas Distribute and track cleaning equipment as teams check it in and out Monitor equipment condition, report issues, and handle basic cleaning/maintenance Refill, restock, and organize cleaning supplies Assist with special projects and occasional office or cleaning tasks as needed Ideal Candidate Organized and proactive with strong time management skills Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting laundry bins, bending or cleaning equipment Detail-oriented and able to follow systems for tracking inventory and equipment use A team player willing to jump in where needed to support operations Requirements Reliable transportation and consistent availability Monday-Friday, 10 am to 3 pm Prior experience with laundry services, janitorial supply management, or a related field a plus (but not required) Ability to work independently and keep a clean, efficient workspace Smartphone to clock in and out. A valid driver's license (no personal vehicle required). Ability to pass a background check. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile!
