Laundry Attendant

In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility . Your proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment, supporting the overall guest experience and operational excellence. Duties Processing drop-off orders Sorting, Wash, drying, folding and bagging drop-off orders Light janitorial duties: Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities Answer phone calls and assist customers in person Help with questions, product information, and problem resolution Help guiding customers through our laundry card system Handle cash transactions and balance the cash drawer Communicate customer concerns and feedback to management Requirements Strong communication and listening skills Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance appropriate for a customer-facing environment Cash handling and basic computer experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly and professional attitude Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts without frequent call-ins Able to work independently

Schedule:

evening shift Sunday, Monday and Friday 3pm-Close (~9pm) Experience Prior experience in laundry services is highly preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Customer service experience Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication ensures our guests leave with a positive impression every time.
