This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities, ensuring that all linens, uniforms, and other items are properly cleaned and prepared for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with laundry operations, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a hospitality environment. Duties Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and specialty machines to process linens, towels, and other textiles Sort laundry items according to type and cleaning requirements Perform cleaning tasks including stain removal and fabric care, including dry cleaning when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow proper procedures for handling delicate or specialty items such as hotel linens or guest clothing Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and chemicals Ensure timely completion of laundry cycles to meet operational needs Experience Previous experience with laundry operations preferred, especially in hotel or hospitality settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques and fabric care best practices Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is highly desirable Prior hotel experience is advantageous but not required This position offers an opportunity to be part of a professional team dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
