Weekend Front Desk & Commercial Laundry

Job Overview Summer Season Position Join our team as a Weekend Front Desk & Laundry Support Associate, where you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming arrival experience for our guests. As the first point of contact, your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will set the tone for each guest. During quieter front desk periods, you'll assist with light laundry tasks such as folding linens and supporting the overall laundry process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-facing role while contributing to behind-the-scenes operations that keep the resort running seamlessly. Duties Greet guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service at the front desk during weekend shifts Manage check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth flow of arrivals and departures Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding stations with safety and efficiency in mind Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and laundry workspace to meet health and safety standards Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies, reporting shortages or equipment issues promptly Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Familiarity with commercial laundry processes, including laundry handling, and cleaning procedures Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards This position requires consistent weekend shifts, reliability and punctuality This position is expected to be scheduled Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 8pm. Possible additional shifts
