Laundromat Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Night Shift Laundromat Attendant to oversee evening operations. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working independently and maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment during late hours. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat (floors, machines, folding areas, restrooms) Monitor washers and dryers to ensure proper operation Assist customers as needed in a professional manner Handle basic troubleshooting (machine jams, payment issues) Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Perform closing duties and ensure facility is secure at end of shift Handle cash, coins, or card transactions accurately Requirements Ability to work independently during late-night hours Strong reliability and punctuality (critical for this shift) Comfortable working in a quiet, low-supervision environment Good attention to cleanliness and detail Basic customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs Work Environment Quiet, low-traffic overnight setting Independent work with minimal supervision Must be comfortable handling occasional late-night situations calmly and professionally What We're Looking For Someone who shows up consistently —no last-minute call-offs Calm, responsible, and trustworthy Takes initiative without needing constant direction Comfortable working nights and dealing with a variety of customers Benefits (Optional) Flexible scheduling Consistent hours Opportunities for additional shifts
