Description:
Laundry Attendant We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other laundry items to maintain high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, sort, and process laundry items according to established procedures Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently Fold, iron, and package linens and towels for distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a sanitary environment Assist with special laundry requests from guests or staff as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Joining our team offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values professionalism and growth.
