Responsibilities:

Perform washing, drying, and folding of drop-off laundry customers according to procedures. Loads & operates dryers, insuring proper weight of load and correctness of temperature. Carefully fold and bag clothing for route shipping or delivery to customers Monitor and aid self service customers in operating machines Handling drop off and pickup orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints Sometimes check emails and answer customer service calls Professional use of the company's system Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concern.
