Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly assistance. Keep the facility clean and welcoming (wipe machines, sweep/mop, take out trash). Monitor washers/dryers and report maintenance issues. Support customer experience by encouraging feedback and reviews. Provide basic help with vending machines and payment kiosks.

Requirements:

Friendly, approachable, and customer-service minded. Dependable and punctual. Able to stand and perform light cleaning tasks during shift.
