Job Description
Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community committed to providing exceptional service while creating a supportive and rewarding environment for employees. We are currently hiring a Laundry Aide to help ensure residents receive clean, properly handled clothing and linens while maintaining a safe and organized laundry operation. Available Openings Part-Time Day Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every Weekend Laundry Aide Responsibilities Sort linens, towels, clothing, and other laundry items by color, size, and material. Operate commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization procedures. Load and unload commercial washers and dryers. Prepare and package laundry items for resident delivery. Create and maintain laundry tags with resident identification information. Assist with receiving and unloading laundry deliveries from vendors and suppliers. Stock laundry supplies, including detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and laundry bags Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry room. Clean and perform basic upkeep of laundry equipment Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
