Responsibilities Operate pressing machines, dry cleaning equipment, and laundry machinery efficiently to produce high-quality results. Sort garments by fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling. Inspect clothing items for stains, damages, or special instructions before processing. Handle customer garments with care, ensuring accurate identification and timely completion of services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with basic customer service tasks such as accepting garments, providing updates on service status, and addressing customer inquiries. Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents or damage. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is highly desirable. Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry procedures, and garment care techniques. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify stains or fabric issues accurately. Basic math skills for measuring chemicals and calculating processing times. Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus but not required.
