We provide sales, leasing, servicing, and parts for laundry equipment in a variety of industries. Our seven core values drive us in all we do: Respect Integrity Ownership Team First Positivity Innovation Excellence ________________________________________ Position Overview This position supports Southeasterns Multi-Family Housing (MFH) and route operations throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, with occasional travel as far south as Savannah, GA and north of Raleigh, NC. This role combines equipment service and route collection responsibilities and requires independent territory management. One week per month will be dedicated to collection routes, typically requiring 3-4 days of overnight travel for efficiency. The remainder of the month will focus primarily on equipment and customer support. Collected funds will be processed and tallied at either the Anderson, SC or Charlotte, NC office. In addition to route duties, this position will support Southeasterns growing university accounts throughout the Carolinas, including in-unit service and equipment support as needed. This position will occasionally require overnight travel. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Money Collection Collect coins and paper money from designated laundry sites. Maintain accurate records of collections and deposits. Complete monthly collection routes across North and South Carolina. Transport collections for processing at the Anderson, SC or Charlotte, NC office. Equipment Service & Maintenance Diagnose and repair industrial laundry equipment. Service commercial coin washers and dryers. Perform preventative maintenance. Complete minor mechanical repairs. Support in-unit service work for university housing accounts. Territory Coverage Travel throughout North and South Carolina servicing accounts. Travel territory extends from Savannah, GA to areas north of Raleigh, NC. Manage service calls independently. Maintain strong customer relationships. General Responsibilities Support installation teams when needed. Maintain company vehicle and equipment. Complete service documentation using company software. Provide professional service at customer locations. ________________________________________ Qualifications Experience Prior laundry service experience preferred. Experience in appliance repair, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work acceptable. Route-based or field service experience preferred. Training Technicians will undergo comprehensive training including manufacturer education. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. Driver Requirements Valid driver's license required. Must pass MVR check and preemployment screenings. Availability Normal hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM.
Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend service required. Travel Requirements Must be willing to travel regularly throughout North and South Carolina. Overnight travel typically required 3-4 days per month during collection routes.
