Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care. Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting laundry areas to uphold hygiene standards. Handle special cleaning requests including dry cleaning or stain removal when necessary. Maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes. Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing tools is advantageous. Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to chemical use.
