Job Summary Join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Laundry Associate and become a vital part of delivering exceptional textile cleaning and laundry services. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as industrial dryers, washers, and garment care equipment efficiently and safely. Handle textiles and laundry materials with care, ensuring proper sorting, washing, drying, and folding. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the laundry area to promote a safe environment. Assist with materials handling using push carts and manual lifting techniques to transport laundry loads safely. Follow safety protocols in production areas, including proper use of laundry detergents and handling of chemicals. Support customer service by ensuring timely processing of laundry requests and addressing basic client inquiries when needed. Adhere strictly to safety standards in production areas, including proper garment care machine operation and textile cleaning procedures. Skills Experience in cleaning, laundry services, or textile cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in production environments. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique. Familiarity with laundry detergents, industrial dryers, and garment care machines. Basic math skills for measuring detergents or calculating loads. Strong attention to safety protocol adherence to prevent accidents or chemical mishandling. Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients when necessary.
