Job Description
We are looking for a dependable team member to assist with hotel laundry and general property maintenance. Responsibilities include washing, drying, and folding linens, keeping the laundry area organized, performing routine maintenance tasks, assisting with minor repairs, maintaining the grounds, and helping ensure the property is clean and well-maintained. Experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
The days needed are Mondays and Tuesdays Responsibilities include: Perform light maintenance Replace light bulbs, batteries, and smoke detector batteries as needed. Touch up paint and repair minor wall damage. Keep the grounds clean and tidy, including sweeping, picking up litter, and maintaining outdoor areas. Assist with setting up and moving furniture or equipment when needed. Help maintain the pool area and other outdoor amenities. Report any major maintenance concerns to management. Follow all hotel safety procedures and policies. Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and separate items as needed. Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Follow proper procedures for handling and treating stained or soiled linens Work efficiently to ensure laundry is completed on schedule.
