ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Enter data of new hires into our foundation logic uniform software. Assign new hires correct uniform ID badge and name tag. Explain to new team members all necessary processes including locker information, dress code requirements. If needed take measurements for appropriate customization of uniform to the new hire. Assist team members while turning in company property upon termination, un-assigning uniform, adding notes to uniform system and signing all paperwork to process outgoing team member's exit. Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to maintain composure and display a positive attitude at all times. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Work with interruptions and strong attention to detail Must have ability to learn uniform programs and any updates as needed. Ability of simple reading and task completion skills is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly standing, occasionally walking, reaching overhead, and bending over during the duration of their shift. Must be able to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull up to 10lbs or less. The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands and light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required. Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work performed indoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others around mechanical devices. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Team Member may be exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold, and moving objects.
