In person Full Job Description Montgomery Overall Service is seeking a dependable initiative-taking individuals to join our industrial laundry production team. This is a hands-on, physically active position in a fast-paced commercial laundry environment. The successful candidate must be dependable, able to stay productive throughout the workday and comfortable working as part of a team. We are a family-owned and operated uniform and linen rental company that has proudly served businesses throughout the Hudson Valley since 1960. Responsibilities Load and unload large commercial washers and dryers. Sort uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other rental products. Assist with washing, drying, folding, and preparing products for customer delivery. Inspect items for cleanliness and condition. Organize finished products according to established procedures. Keep production and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety procedures and instructions. Work efficiently to meet daily production needs. Assist other members of the production team as needed. Schedule This is a Full-time position with a regular schedule, approximately 35 hours: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Applicants must be available to work on all four scheduled days. This position may require standing and performing physical work for approximately 8-10 hours per scheduled workday. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the workday. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Load and unload commercial laundry equipment. Handle uniforms, linens, and floor mats. Perform moderate lifting safely. Work in a warm, active industrial laundry environment Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Dependable and punctual, with reliable attendance Reliable transportation to and from work Able to follow instructions and established procedures. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to maintain a steady and productive work pace. Previous industrial laundry, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required. On-the-job training is provided.
