Job Description

Spectrum Suds, a Spectrum Designs Enterprise, has a mission is to operate a successful community-based laundry service that can serve as a vehicle to offer employment and job training to people on the Autism Spectrum. Join us! The Laundry Technician will assist with a range of production and administrative tasks. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist with production needs including laundry process, tracking inventory, pick-up and delivery of customers laundry as needed; Utilize Curbside electronic application for phases of the laundry process; Assist in communications relating to existing or future sales needs, Suds' clients regarding drop off times, etc.; Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; Assist in organizing and anticipating a production schedule which ensures adherence to deadlines; Take initiative to increase quality control of the overall business activities; Assist in ensuring a high standard of quality control and output on all commodities; Assist in fostering and identifying potential customers and donors for the organization's mission; Attend to all communications via phone, email and texts daily; Maintains all laundry equipment and notifies managers if they need maintenance; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior laundry experience preferred; Strong attention to detail & time management and organizations skills; We believe everyone should have the opportunity to show up fully. Pay:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
