Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing according to established standards Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special items requiring professional cleaning methods Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sinks, machines, and storage spaces, adhering to safety and hygiene standards Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling and machine operation to prevent accidents Collaborate with housekeeping staff to deliver clean linens promptly and meet guest service expectations Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy linen carts or bags Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols in a hospitality environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication ensures our guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort.
