Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Breakfast and Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of morning meal services and maintain pristine laundry facilities, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and overall hotel excellence. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast offerings, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards and dietary guidelines. Assist with food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Set up dining areas with appropriate tableware, linens, and supplies for breakfast service. Support catering and banquet events with food preparation, serving, and cleanup as needed. Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest clothing items. Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to breakfast or laundry services promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Fine dining or restaurant experience will be advantageous in delivering high-quality service standards. Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices is essential. Knowledge of catering or banquet operations enhances your ability to support large events smoothly. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation can be beneficial for breakfast service. Dietary aide or food industry experience demonstrates your understanding of special dietary needs and food accommodations. Strong customer service skills combined with a positive attitude are key to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
