Duties Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Handle delicate items through specialized processes such as dry cleaning when necessary Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including washing machines, dryers, folding stations, and storage spaces Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with special requests from guests or staff for urgent laundry needs or expedited services Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and ironing Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads safely Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests effectively Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly enhance our guests' comfort!
