Endless Laundry is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant that will evolve into a Manager in Training role to join our team! Please read the full job description. This is more than just a laundry position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and has the desire to grow with our company. The right candidate will start as a Laundry Attendant and, as they demonstrate reliability, leadership, and strong performance, will begin training for a future Manager position . Do NOT Apply if you cannot pass a background check as this is for a Management role. Schedule Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Additional hours may be available when covering employee absences. Must be 18 years or older. Pay & Benefits $12.00 per hour $25 monthly laundry credit Monthly incentive opportunities after 90 days Advancement into a Manager position which will come with a pay increase Management training and development provided What You'll Do As a Laundry Attendant / Manager in Training, you will help ensure our store and laundry services meet the high standards our customers expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide friendly and helpful service to self-service customers. Sort, wash, dry, and fold customer laundry according to established procedures. Inspect items for stains, damage, or special care requirements before laundering. Maintain high standards for wash-and-fold quality and presentation. Keep laundry equipment, folding areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store. Follow all safety procedures when operating commercial laundry equipment. Assist with inventory management and communicate low supply levels. Help ensure laundry orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Assist with daily operations and other duties as needed. As you progress, begin learning leadership, opening/closing, inventory, customer service, and management responsibilities. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual. Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong at managing time and prioritizing multiple tasks. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems. Able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift and move laundry. Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Interested in growing into a leadership or management position. Previous laundry, housekeeping, customer service, or similar experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person.
