Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms Manage a team of laundry staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols Oversee cleaning procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in line with health regulations Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Implement efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity while minimizing waste and downtime Conduct regular inspections of laundry facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards Help with marketing and social media Maintain detailed records of laundry activities, equipment maintenance schedules, and staff performance Reliability is a MUST. Applicant should be available to cover shifts and assist with schedule changes when necessary.
