The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our store's laundry services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Duties Operate washing machines and dryers to launder linens and garments according to established procedures. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry items efficiently. Excellent Customer Service is a requirement Inspect items for stains or damages and take appropriate action to spot treat items. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces. Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment. Great communication skills must be able to communicate with self service and drop off customers at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required. oral communication over the phone and in person Ability to operate laundry machines and equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
