Festiva Laundry is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Assistant Manager / Laundry Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position . We are looking for someone who can help oversee the store and support employees while also working alongside the team completing laundry orders, assisting customers, cleaning, and handling the everyday responsibilities of the laundromat. Responsibilities Laundry Attendant Duties:

Wash, dry, fold, bag, and properly prepare customer laundry orders Make sure orders are completed accurately and on time Assist customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and stocked Complete daily cleaning and operational duties Stay productive throughout the shift and assist wherever needed

Assistant Manager Duties:

Support the General Manager with daily store operations Help supervise and support employees during assigned shifts Act as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is unavailable Help with employee scheduling and shift coverage Assist with training new employees Make sure employees are following company policies and procedures Address employee performance, attendance, and workplace concerns when necessary Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace Step in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred Reliable and dependable Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to perform all Laundry Attendant duties — this is not a desk-only management position Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Schedule This position may include a combination of Laundry Attendant shifts and Assistant Manager responsibilities depending on the needs of the business.
