Responsibilities Perform laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and garment care. Operate laundry machines such as washers and dryers safely and efficiently. Ensure all laundry is processed according to established standards for cleanliness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and equipment. Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients or guests regarding their laundry needs. Use basic math skills for measuring detergents, calculating loads, or handling other related tasks. Assist with special requests such as stain removal or delicate garment handling when necessary. Follow safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to operate laundry machinery effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor for customer interactions. Basic math skills for handling measurements and calculations related to laundry processes. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
