Customer Service & Laundry Attendant Pay:

$14.00 per hour | Part-Time & Full-Time Roles Available! Do you enjoy helping people? We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused person to join our team as a Customer Service & Laundry Attendant. This is a customer-service-first position. You don't need previous laundromat experience—we can teach you the laundry and equipment side of the job. What matters most is that you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent service. If you're someone who naturally greets people with a smile, is patient when answering questions, and knows how to handle a frustrated customer professionally, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Customer Service Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience. Proactively offer assistance and answer customer questions. Help customers with washers, dryers, vending machines, and laundry products. Listen to customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally. Remain calm, patient, and courteous when dealing with challenging situations. Process sales and handle cash transactions when applicable. Communicate customer concerns to management when additional assistance is needed. Store & Equipment Keep the laundromat clean, safe, organized, and welcoming. Clean washers, dryers, folding tables, seating areas, and other surfaces. Sweep, mop, empty trash, and maintain the facility throughout your shift. Monitor equipment and report problems to management. Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting. Restock laundry products and vending supplies. Follow opening and closing procedures. Manage lost-and-found items. What We're Looking For Customer service experience is required. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Retail Hospitality Restaurant/food service Sales Call center/customer support Other customer-facing positions We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and approachable Patient and professional A strong communicator and listener Comfortable talking with customers Positive and solution-oriented Dependable and responsible Able to work independently Attentive to customers and their needs Proud of providing excellent service
