Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for processing wash-dry-fold orders, maintaining a clean and welcoming laundromat, assisting customers, and helping ensure the facility operates smoothly. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry orders Accurately sort laundry according to customer preferences and garment requirements Assist customers with washers, dryers, payment systems, and general questions Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including folding tables, machines, floors, restrooms, and common areas Monitor equipment and report maintenance or operational issues Keep laundry supplies, vending products, and retail items stocked and organized Open and/or close the store as assigned Follow company procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers Perform other duties as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Reliable and punctual Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly and professional customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Previous customer service, retail, cleaning, or laundry experience is helpful but not required Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed No previous laundromat experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
