Job Summary:

Complete laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding of bed linens, towels, bath mats, robes, etc. Restock carts and housekeeping closets with clean linen. Ensure housekeepers who begin work in the morning are prepared with the tools they need to work efficiently. Keep inventory stocked and organized at all times. Report any losses and par concerns. Assist in linen recovery program. Maintain Laundry area and storage closets, keeping them cleaned and organized at all times. Adhere to all Safety and Security policies and procedures outlined by the housekeeping department and the company. Qualifications Previous Laundry experience strongly preferred Previous hotel experience strongly preferred Ability to organize work and carry out routine daily assignments without extensive supervision Great customer service skills For tasks outside of essential duties and responsibilities, hotel must have prior written approval from HotelPro Senior Leadership before assigning a HotelPro Team Member(s) to complete. Additionally, any task such as heavy lifting, operating a motor vehicle, performing work more than two feet of the ground, climbing to, or accessing exterior portion of building and performing any skilled trade work is strictly forbidden. Negligence or damage resulting from assigning or allowing such tasks to be performed by a HotelPro Team Member(s) will be the responsibility and financial burden of the hotel.
