Laundry Loop is looking for a reliable and dependable, customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying active, and working in a clean environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide professional customer service Answer questions and help resolve basic machine functions and issues Keep Laundry Loop clean, safe, and organized with frequent cleaning of machines, floors, restrooms, and all work space areas Operate store technology and equipment Sell laundry products and assist customers with purchases Process Wash & Fold orders, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging Follow Laundry Loop procedures and complete additional duties as assigned Ability to properly prioritize and balance customer and store needs while processing Wash & Fold orders Qualifications and Experience Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated, Reliable, Dependable Customer Service Skills Ability to work independently Organized with a strong attention to detail Comfortable using technology (tablets, television, machines) Bilingual preferred but not required Physical Requirements Able to stand and walk during scheduled shift Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds Comfortable working around washers, dryers, and laundry carts Schedule Laundry Loop is Open Daily from 7 AM - 10 PM for customers Part-time positions available (10 to 30+ hours per week) 1-2 days per week / 3-4 days per week / 4-5 days per week 4-8 Hour Shifts Evening and Weekend shift requirement on a rotating schedule Opening shifts begin at 7:00 AM Closing shifts end at 10:30 PM Holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) Why Join Us?
