Fresh Start Recycles is looking for a dependable, hardworking Laundry Assistant to join our growing PPE recycling operation. This is a hands-on position where you'll help process, clean, sanitize, sort, and prepare reusable PPE for recycling and redistribution. What You'll Do Sort and process PPE and other materials according to company procedures Operate commercial laundry and processing equipment Wash, dry, fold, and package PPE materials Inspect items for cleanliness, quality, and proper processing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Able to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Previous laundry, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer $12-$15 per hour, based on experience 401(k) options Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Stable, team-oriented work environment Meaningful work supporting PPE recycling and sustainability If you're dependable, ready to work, and want to be part of a company making a difference by keeping PPE out of landfills, we'd love to hear from you!
