• Howard is looking for a dependable, self-motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Store Lead, and a Laundry Attendant to join our team!

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, laundry, or supervisory experience makes you a premier candidate! Responsibilities for Store Lead Help oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Answer customer questions and assist with basic machine and technology troubleshooting Operate store technology and equipment Sell laundry products and assist customers with purchases Process Wash & Fold Orders according to Spin Max procedures and quality standards Restock laundry products, supplies, and customer areas as needed Keep Spin Max clean, safe, and organized with routine cleaning of machines, floors, restrooms, folding areas, and workspaces Follow Spin Max policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Responsibilities for Laundry Attendant Greet customers and provide professional customer service Answer questions and assist with basic machine and technology troubleshooting Operate store technology and equipment Sell laundry products and assist customers with purchases Assist with Wash & Fold Orders Keep Spin Max clean, safe, and organized with routine cleaning of machines, floors, restrooms, folding areas, and workspaces Follow Spin Max policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience Must be Bilingual Customer Service Skills Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated, Reliable, Dependable Organized with Attention to Detail Ability to Work Independently Comfortable using Technology Physical Requirements Able to stand and walk for during scheduled shift Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds Comfortable working around washers, dryers, and laundry carts Schedule Overview Spin Max is Open Daily from 7am
