Job Description:

As a Dry Cleaning / Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various laundry and garment care tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Receive, tag, and process customer orders accurately Handle laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding Maintain a clean and organized workspace Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning / laundry services required Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule with availability during business hours
