We are looking for employees who take pride in keeping the store clean, helping customers, and making sure every customer has a great experience. This is an active position where you will be on your feet, assisting customers, cleaning machines and the store, and helping with laundry orders.

Pay:

$12.00 per hour + tips

Available Shifts:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM Please indicate which shift you are available to work when applying.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service Assist customers with washers, dryers, payment systems, and general questions Keep washers, dryers, folding tables, floors, counters, restrooms, and customer areas clean Clean and wipe down laundry machines throughout the shift Sweep, mop, take out trash, and help maintain a clean and organized store Process Wash-Dry-Fold laundry orders Wash, dry, fold, package, and organize customer laundry Handle customer transactions using the POS/register system Restock laundry products and supplies Keep folding areas and work areas organized Report machine problems or maintenance issues to management Complete opening or closing duties depending on the assigned shift Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all customers

Reliable and punctual Friendly and comfortable working with customers Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to stay productive without constant supervision Detail-oriented and takes pride in cleanliness Comfortable learning laundry equipment and POS systems Able to multitask during busy periods Able to stand and walk for most of the shift Able to lift and move laundry bags and baskets as needed Dependable transportation to and from work Willing to work some weekends and holidays as needed Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred Previous laundromat or laundry experience is helpful, but not required .
