Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laundering and maintaining linens and clothing items in a hotel or similar setting.Duties:
- Launder and press linens, towels, and clothing items
- Sort items according to color, fabric, and cleaning instructions
- Operate washing and drying machines efficiently
- Inspect items for stains or damages before laundering
- Fold and store clean items appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
Skills:
- Experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or dry cleaning setting
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their appropriate cleaning methods
- Attention to detail to ensure quality laundering results
