Responsibilities Operate garment care machines such as pressing machines and dry cleaning equipment with precision and safety. Perform spotting techniques to remove stains using appropriate cleaning detergents and methods. Handle heavy lifting of laundry loads and garments safely, adhering to manual handling protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stored. Process cash transactions accurately when handling laundry services or garment care payments. Assist with garment finishing tasks such as pressing, folding, and quality inspection to ensure garments meet standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning process. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of garment care procedures including dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and fabric treatment. Familiarity with garment finishing techniques and pressing machines. Ability to operate garment care machinery safely and efficiently. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads comfortably. Basic math skills for processing transactions and measuring cleaning agents. Excellent attention to detail for spotting stains and inspecting garments for quality assurance. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
