Responsibilities Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment to process linens and textiles efficiently. Handle laundry materials with care, including sorting, loading push carts, and managing heavy lifting tasks safely. Follow strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations and production protocols. Use laundry detergents and cleaning agents properly to ensure optimal cleaning results while maintaining safety standards. Manage materials handling by organizing linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles for timely processing and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Assist with customer service by responding promptly to laundry requests from hotel staff or departments as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and pushing carts safely. Basic math skills for measuring detergents and managing inventory levels. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in production environments. Strong attention to detail to ensure garments are cared for properly during washing, drying, and finishing processes. Ability to operate laundry machinery such as industrial washers, dryers, garment care machines, and dry cleaning equipment effectively.
