This role supports the daily care, cleaning, and organization of linens, towels, robes, and guest laundry to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The ideal candidate is reliable, works well independently, and enjoys steady, hands-on work. This position is primarily scheduled on weekends, with additional shifts possible based on business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesSort, wash, dry, fold, press, and organize linens, towels, robes, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or quality concerns and report issues as needed.

Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and stocked.

Follow proper procedures for handling laundry equipment, detergents, and cleaning supplies.

Ensure laundry is completed efficiently and returned to the proper departments on time.

Assist with linen inventory and restocking as needed.

Support the Housekeeping team with additional tasks as assigned.

Transport clean and soiled linens, towels, and robes between laundry, housekeeping closets, and guest areas.

Restock housekeeping closets and service areas.

Assist with guest requests such as extra towels, blankets, robes, cribs, or other room items.

Support PM/turndown preparation by ensuring linen and supplies are ready.

Assist Housekeeping Supervisors and Room Attendants with runner tasks as needed.

QualificationsPrevious laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull laundry loads as needed.

Must be available to work weekends; holiday availability may also be required.

Positive, professional attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
