Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Laundry Coordinator to manage our daily laundry flow and help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace. This role is essential to keeping our wellness center running smoothly and ensuring towels, sheets, and supplies are always prepared for therapists and guests. If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and taking pride in keeping things running efficiently, this could be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities Manage daily laundry flow: assess loads, wash, dry, and rotate towels and sheets Ensure towels are properly done according to standards Gather dirty sheets from treatment rooms as they become available Fold towels and sheets neatly and consistently, following guidelines Refill supplies, including oils, laundry products, dish soap, and bathroom items Perform light maintenance tasks: Cleaning laundry equipments Vacuum the laundry area and take out recycling before leaving Monitor supply levels and submit restock requests to the front desk Ensure laundry and supplies are fully prepared for the next shift Communicate with owners or the front desk if tasks cannot be completed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Good time management skills and the ability to work independently Willingness to follow established systems and procedures Reliable with consistent attendance/commitment Comfortable performing light physical tasks (lifting laundry, standing, folding)
