Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to process guest linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles Sort, load, and unload laundry loads with precision to ensure quality results Perform dry cleaning and stain removal procedures for delicate or heavily soiled items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Follow proper handling procedures for sensitive fabrics and special care items Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying management of stock levels Support overall hotel cleaning efforts by ensuring laundry areas are tidy and well-maintained Requirements Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting hotel operations Basic understanding of safety procedures related to handling chemicals and machinery Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction.
