Use push carts and other equipment to transport laundry loads safely throughout the facility. Adhere strictly to safety standards in production, including proper manual handling techniques and safety protocol compliance. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas regularly and using appropriate laundry detergents and cleaning agents. Assist with garment care machine operation such as dry cleaning or specialized textile cleaning when required. Support customer service efforts by ensuring timely delivery of clean linens and responding promptly to guest requests or needs. Skills Proven ability in cleaning, laundry operations, and materials handling within a hospitality or similar environment. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including manual handling, heavy lifting, and safety protocol adherence. Familiarity with laundry services such as industrial dryers, garment care machines, and textile cleaning processes like dry cleaning. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure hygienic conditions at all times. Ability to perform basic math for measuring detergents or calculating load capacities accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to guest interactions.
