Overview Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Supervisor and lead our laundry operations with energy and precision! In this vital role, you will oversee the daily management of laundry services. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team, streamline processes, and uphold the efficiency of the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our hospitality and healthcare. Responsibilities Supervise daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens. Lead and motivate a team of laundry employees to achieve operational excellence. Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals. Train staff on proper laundry techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use to promote efficiency and safety. Conduct regular inspections of laundry areas to maintain cleanliness, organizations. Skills Proven supervising experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience in managing inventory, supplies, and maintaining quality control standards. Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Ability to train staff effectively.
